"Maybe I just came at the wrong time"
I’m not sure if I caught them on an off day or just ordered at a bad time, but the portions felt really tiny for what I paid. The food was fine, but I left feeling like I didn’t really get my money’s worth.

I tried it and the flavor just seemed a little off to me. I’m not sure if maybe the recipe changed or if it was just the batch I got, but it didn’t have that authentic taste I was expecting

"I don’t know why it costs this much"
The food was fine, nothing bad about it, but I don’t know why it’s priced so high. For what you get, it just didn’t really feel worth the money.

"Delivery felt way too slow"
In my experience, the food took a really long time to show up, and this wasn’t the first time it happened. It was frustrating waiting that long again.

"Food just didn’t seem fresh"
I ordered from siraatskitchen.com i was let down. The veggies tasted like they’d been sitting around, and the chicken had something about it... like a weird not-so-fresh smell I couldn’t get past. The rice was dry too, which didn’t help. Maybe it was just a bad day, but for the price, I expected a lot better. I couldn’t really finish most of it and probably won’t order again...

"I was hoping there’d be more to..."
I was hoping there’d be more to choose from, but umm, the menu felt really small. There wasn’t much variety, and a lot of the items seemed kind of similar. I ended up not ordering because nothing really caught my attention.

"Nice kick without going overboard"
I tried siraatskitchen.com the spice level felt well judged. It had enough heat to make the food interesting, but it wasn’t one of those meals where it feels spicy just for the sake of it. A couple of dishes came across a bit stronger than the others, so I do think the balance could be a little more consistent across the menu. Still, the flavor was good and the overall vibe was enjoyable. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Felt a bit left in the dark about diet options"
The food itself was okay, but I didn’t feel great about how they handled my dairy-free question. I asked what options were safe and the answer was vague, so I checked again before ordering. Even when the food arrived, I was still kind of left in the dark and wasn’t totally sure if it was actually safe for me to eat. It might be fine if you don’t have any dietary needs, but if you have allergies or restrictions, I’d be careful. I really wish they made things clearer on the site.

"Left me questioning the hygiene"
I had some concerns about cleanliness during my order. I noticed the prep area looked messy, with food debris around, and the packaging didn’t feel very clean when it was handed over. It put me off. Once you see something like that, it’s hard to trust the place the same way again, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering from there in the future

I ordered from Siraat’s Kitchen i was kind of looking forward to it. The food arrived almost cold though, which was disappointing. The curry was barely warm, and the naan felt like it had just been sitting around for a while.

I get that delivery can be unpredictable, so maybe it wasn’t fully the restaurant’s fault, but still, it ruined the meal for me. I had to reheat everything myself, which was annoying because that’s really not what I paid for.

"I had an issue with my order..."
I had an issue with my order and tried to get it sorted, but the whole thing was frustrating. Replies took forever, and every time I got through to someone, they seemed to ask me to verify the same details again like we were starting from scratch. After all that, nothing really got fixed anyway. It felt more like they were hoping I’d just give up and go away. Definitely not ordering from them again.

"My order just felt off from the start"
I opened my order and right away had that gut feeling something wasn’t right. Sure enough, a couple of the items were wrong and one thing was missing completely. I tried to get it sorted out, but the whole process ended up being more frustrating than it should’ve been

"Messy ordering experience"
Tried ordering from siraatskitchen.com it was a hassle. The site dragged, my cart kept switching up, and checkout didn’t really say if my order went through or not.
I refreshed a few times and still felt unsure. For a simple food order, way too much friction. I wouldn’t use the site again.

"Packaging was a mess"
The box showed up totally squashed, and one of the items had leaked all over inside (which was not fun to deal with). It really didn’t seem like it was packed properly. I had to clean everything up, i don’t think I’ll be ordering again.
